All criteria must be NO to safely exclude PE without further testing."

Age > 50 years?

Heart rate ≥ 100 bpm?

Oxygen saturation < 95%?

Unilateral leg swelling?

Hemoptysis?

Recent trauma or surgery (within 4 weeks)?

Prior PE or DVT?

Hormone use (estrogen, contraceptives)?
